The hot liquid material enters the coil inlet, and the heat of the liquid material is dissipated through the coil surface and transferred to the fin. The air humidification precooling system consists of an evaporative wet curtain that is thoroughly wetted on one side of the coil. Ambient air is drawn into the unit by a fan located at the top and flows through the evaporative wet curtain plate. The humidity of the air increases during the process of passing through the evaporative wet curtain, and the temperature of the dry bulb decreases (only a few degrees between the wet bulb and the wet bulb). The pre-cooled air flows through the coil and fin surface, and the heat removal capacity of the unit is significantly improved. The heat of the liquid material is transferred to the air and then discharged into the atmosphere. The cooled liquid flows out of the unit through the coil outlet.
